For the years 2011 to 2016, the following equipments will be used
- 1) Intuitive Bow: without sighters for max 12 meters range with starter's kit - (SHA trust)
- 2) Indoor Recurve: with sighter, stabilizers, plunger, clicker and accessories – (SHA trust)
- 3) Indian Bow: with suitable prescribed accessories - (SHA trust)
- 4) TAAT Recurve: with all accessories – (SHA trust)
- 5) TAAT Compound: with all accessories - any brand – standard prescribed by AAI.
- 6) AAI Recurve: with all accessories - any brand with standards prescribed by AAI.
All above equipment has to be registered with the Tamil Nadu State Archery Weapons Registry (TAWR) and the Equipment must have the state association's logo and unique identity bar code fixed on it.
The equipment in categories 1to 4 can be obtained from your district association or directly from TAAT and the other equipment in category 5 and 6 can be obtained anywhere or from TAAT's Equipments and products committee.
No Archer will be allowed to compete in the district and state tournaments or selections with any equipment that does not have the TAWR registration on it.
